In the fall of 2015, Zappos decided to re-boot its dormant catalog business, that had traditionally been viewed as a low-performer in the company. I joined forces with our Director of Creative Services, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Brand Partnership team to help launch this new initiative. Working closely with the team we carefully selected top-selling products based on demographic and list parameters. Together we built a 36-page catalog that featured over 550 products and was sent to more than 1 million customers.
I provided strategic creative direction, page wireframes, and fully executed the design into production and fulfillment. As a direct result of this initiative we saw an increase in revenue and customer engagement and a sharp decrease in customer attrition.
